Investment Location: Registration Plot Number 291.179, District 0016 Popów, Łowicz Commune. 3. The Scope Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Particular: - Foundation Of 36 Steel Lighting Poles With Led Fixtures According To The Design Documentation, - Laying Of The Lighting Cable Network In The Trenches Along With The Installation Of Protective Pipes Specified In The Documentation, - Foundation And Assembly Of The Lighting Cabinet With Accessories, - Performance Of All Other Accompanying Works Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification Of Execution And Acceptance Of The Works And In Bill Of Quantities, − Connection To The Power Grid And Commissioning, − Preparation Of As-Built Surveying Documentation. In Addition, The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: - Preparation Of As-Built Documentation - Carrying Out The Required Examinations, Tests And Checks 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Annexes To The Swz: A) Annex No. 10 To The Swz - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), With The Reservation Method Of Carrying Out Works Or Acceptance Or Settlement Of Works In A Manner Different From Stwiorb, The Provisions Of The Contract Are Binding B) Annex No. 11 To Swz - Bill Of Quantities, Bid Cost Estimate C) Annex No. 12 To Swz - Design Documentation 5. Warranty: 5.1. The Length Of The Quality Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works And Delivered And Incorporated Materials Is Min. 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report And Constitutes A Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers. 5.2. The Ordering Party Specifies It For A Period Ranging From 36 Months (Minimum Deadline) To 60 Months (Maximum Deadline). 5.3. The Contractor Is Liable Under The Warranty For Physical Defects Under The Terms Set Out In § 11 Of The Draft Contract, Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
