1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion Of Fire Protection Infrastructure At The Regional Municipal Waste Utilization Plant In Machnacz, Including A Fire Protection Tank And A Fire Road. 2. As Part Of The Task Referred To In Point 1, The Subject Of The Contract Will Be: A) Construction Of A New Above-Ground Fire Tank For Water For External Fire Extinguishing, With A Volume Of 934 M3, A Diameter Of 10.85 M And A Height Of 10.80 M, Together With The Foundation And Installations Supplying The Tank With Water And Electricity, B) Changing The Route And Width Of The Technical Road Around The Headquarters Along With Its Qualification And Adaptation To The Requirements Of The Fire Road, C) Laying Power And Telecommunications Cables Along The Road, D) Placing Poles Lighting And Monitoring In A New Location Along The Planned Road, E) Placing A Road Barrier Along The Road On The Western Side At Plot No. 1, Due To The Change In The Terrain (Change In Slope Inclination), F) Changing The Route Of The Herpetological Fence In Connection With The Change Of The Road And Construction Of The Road Barrier, G) Carrying Out All Works And Activities Necessary To Restore The Technical Condition Of The Area To The State Prior To The Date Of Commencement Of The Works Constituting The Subject Of This Order. 3. Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Procedure Require Carrying Out On The Basis Of A Building Permit Issued On The Basis Of Decision No. 511/2025 Of The Starosta Of Włocławek Of September 12, 2025 (Annex No. 1A To Swz), Amending Decision No. 135/2024 Of The Starosta Of Włocławek Of March 19, 2024 (Appendix No. 1B To Swz), Amended By The Decision Of September 18, 2024 No. 521/2024 (Annex No. 1C To The Swz) And The Decision On Environmental Conditions Of The Mayor Of Brześć Kujawski Of December 22, 2023 (Annex No. 2 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order).
