The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of A Tractor For The Needs Of The Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant In Popowo In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In This Swz And The Annexes. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. The Delivered Tractor Must Be Brand New And Manufactured In 2025 Or Later, Complete, Free From Legal, Construction, Material And Workmanship Defects, Approved For Trading In The Republic Of Poland.3. The Contractor Declares That The Offered Vehicle Is In Continuous Production On The Day Of Opening The Offers.4. The Contractor Ensures That The Offered Vehicle Is Available For Sale In The Popów Commune On The Day Of Opening The Offers.5. The Contractor Will Deliver The Tractor With A Semi-Trailer To The Ordering Partys Headquarters At His Own Expense And Risk.6. The Authorized Service Station For The Offered Vehicle Set Must Be Located At A Distance Of No More Than 60 Km From The Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant In Popowo.7. Equivalence: The Ordering Party Informs That Where The Ordering Party Has Described The Subject Of The Order By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Prove That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
