1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Municipal Road No. 140124K On Section I - From Km 0+672.00 To Km 1+455.00 On Section Ii - From Km 2+862.00 To Km 3+412.00 In The Town Of Czaple Wielkie, Gołcza Commune.2. The Order Includes: Preparatory Works (Measuring Works, Roadside Felling, Tree Care, Stump Removal), Demolition Works (Cutting And Milling Of The Asphalt Surface), Earthworks (Construction Of A Roadbed), Sub-Bases (Construction Of A Sub-Base From Crushed Aggregates), Surface (Construction Of A Surface From Asphalt-Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures), Drainage (Cleaning Ditches, Securing Slopes With Openwork Slabs, Installation Of Prefabricated Sewage Systems), Finishing And Cleaning Works (Planting The Area, Hardening The Roadsides, Leveling The Existing Subgrade With Crushed Stone), Road Traffic Safety Devices (Installation Of Road Signs, Horizontal Road Markings With Paint, Lighting (Installation Of Solar Lamps). 3. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In Annex No. 1 To Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Design Documentation (Including Bill Of Quantities), Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Permanent Traffic Organization Project. 4. The Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Are Included In The Important Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.5. Moreover, The Contractors Obligations Will Include: • Providing Surveying Services During The Implementation Of The Works And Providing The Employer With The Surveying Services (To Be Included In The General Costs Of The Task); Preparing, Approving And Implementing, At Its Own Expense, An Appropriate Temporary Traffic Management Project For The Purpose Of Carrying Out Construction Works (To Be Included In The General Costs Of The Task); • Developing And Submitting A Paper-Based As-Built Traffic Management Project; • Maintaining Order At The Construction Site; • Ongoing Cleaning And Removal Of Demolition Materials; • Tidying Up The Work Area Occupied For The Duration Of The Works Immediately After Their Completion. On The Organization Of Works Adopted By The Contractor, Which Will Introduce Significant Traffic Difficulties. 7. In The Event Of Introducing Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Task, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Develop, Approve And Organize A Temporary Traffic Organization Project To Guarantee Access To The Buildings Located On The Reconstructed Road For Residents, Emergency Services And Vehicles Collecting Municipal Waste Will Occur During The Implementation Of The Works, The Contractor Will Inform On An Ongoing Basis In A Customary Manner.
