The Subject Of The Order Is: Renovation Of Roads Using Stone Aggregate Under The Village Fund For 2026 For The Following Towns: Czernica, Dobra, Krzywołęcz, Oględów, Stefanówek, Sztombergi, Wiśniowa Poduchowna, Wólka Żabna, Zagrody - (Czernica - Renovation Of A Municipal Road, Dobra - Hardening Of Roads With Aggregate, Krzywołęcz - Hardening Of Roads With Aggregate Stone, Oględów - Hardening Of Municipal Roads With Aggregate, Stefanówek - Hardening Of Roads Using Stone Aggregate, Sztombergi - Hardening Of Roads Using Aggregate, Wiśniowa Poduchowna - Improving The Surface Of The Parking Lot With Aggregate At The Cemetery, Wólka Żabna - Hardening Of Roads Using Stone Aggregate, Zagrody - Hardening Of The Municipal Road On Plot No. 1048/4). The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Purchase, Delivery, Spreading And Rolling Of Approximately 750 Tons Of Stone Aggregate Of Mineral Origin - (Sorted Mixture 0-31.5 Mm In Accordance With Pn-En 13043:2004) On Municipal Roads In The Quantities And Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. Transport Of The Material To The Designated Place Will Consist In Delivering A Load Weighing Not Less Than: - 4 Tons By Car A Truck With A Permissible Total Weight Not Exceeding 9 Tons - 10 Tons A Truck With A Permissible Total Weight Not Exceeding 19 Tons - 20 Tons A Truck With A Permissible Total Weight Not Exceeding 33 Tons2) Leveling With A Motor Grader With The Embankment Of Roads Paved In Previous Years With A Total Length Of Approximately 5 Km, And Other Works Necessary To Be Performed To Guarantee The Proper Functioning Of The Subject Of The Contract. Indications Regarding The Permissible Total Weight Of Vehicles Are Provided For Informational Purposes. When Selecting Vehicles To Carry Out The Task, The Contractor Is To Take Into Account The Limitations Of The Permissible Total Weight Of Vehicles Specified In The Provisions Of The Road Traffic Law, Including Limitations Dictated By The Technical Parameters Of Roads. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver, Spread And Roll Stone Aggregate And Level It With A Motor Grader And Roll The Roads Within Seven Days From The Date Of Notification By The Ordering Party. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Are Attached To The Swz. Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Order Are Also Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 12 Of The Swz. The Contractor Will Provide A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Minimum Period Of 12 Months From The Date Final Acceptance Of This Order. Note: The Warranty And Warranty Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers. Detailed Information On The Method Of Evaluating Offers Is Included In Point 21 Of The Swz. The Order In Question Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations And The Conditions Contained In The Swz. The Ordering Party Does Not Require: - The Contractor To Conduct An On-Site Visit Or, - The Contractor To Check The Documents
