1. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Of An Interchange In Borówno In The Design And Build Mode, Located On Plot 231/1, District 0001 Borówno 2. This Order Is Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027 Program, Priority European Funds For Urban Mobility Of Lower Silesia, Project Title Building Infrastructure For Clean Urban Transport.3. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Obtaining Legally Required Decisions And Building Permits, And Construction Of The Facility. 2) The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Preparation Of 2 Program And Spatial Concepts. The Concept Selected, After Any Comments From The Ordering Party And The Contractors Corrections, Will Be Approved By The Ordering Party And Will Constitute The Basis For Further Design Work; B) Prepare Documentation To The Extent Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit (Or Report Construction Works), Containing At Least: - Design Documentation; - Detailed Technical Specifications - Other Studies Required To Obtain A Building Permit And Other Necessary Arrangements; - Executive Documentation For The Purposes Of Implementing The Investment; C) Perform The Construction Works Listed And Described In Pfu In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation, Including In Particular: - Execution Of Demolition And Earthworks For The Designed Area Of The Maneuvering Road And Parking Spaces For Passenger Cars; - Reinforcement Of The Existing Subgrade For The Construction Of The Road, Parking Spaces And Sidewalks; - Execution Of New Structural Layers Of Crushed Aggregate - Laying Of The Road Surface With Asphalt Concrete And Parking Spaces And Sidewalk With Concrete Cubes; - Execution Of Drainage Within Designed Paved Surfaces - Framing The Road And Parking Spaces With A Curb, Concrete Edge Of The Sidewalk - Supplementing Street Lighting - Disassembly And Assembly Of The Existing Bus Shelter - Installation Of A Bicycle Shelter.
