Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for the Development of Capacity Building, Design Structured Study Tour, and Develop National Roadmap for Implementation of Single Customs Territory (SCT) for the South Sudan Revenue Authority (SSRA). Consultancy Services-Firms Selection Project: Non-Oil Revenue Mobilizations and Accountability in South Sudan (NORMA-) Project- Phase II The Government of the Republic of South Sudan has received a financing from the African Development Bank towards the cost of Non-Oil Revenue Mobilization and Accountability in South Sudan (NORMA-SS) Project and intends to apply part of the agreed amount of this grant to payments under the contract for the development of Capacity Building, design structured Study Tour, and develop National Roadmap for Implementation of Single Customs Territory (SCT) for the South Sudan Revenue Authority(SSRA). 2.
