Diesel Oil – Sale And Delivery Of Liquid Fuels. The Subject Of The Proceedings Is The Sale And Delivery Of Liquid Fuels, I.E. Diesel Oil (Standard: Summer, Transitional And Winter) And Unleaded 95 Gasoline. The Sale And Delivery Of Liquid Fuels Will Take Place Ex-Mzk Żagań Warehouse Located At Ul. Młynarska 6 And Will Concern The Following Liquid Fuels: 1) Diesel Oil In An Amount Of Approximately - 1,600 M3, 2) Unleaded 95 Gasoline In An Amount Of Approximately - 600 M3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Purchase A Smaller Amount Of Fuel Than Indicated Above, In Accordance With Current Operational Needs. The Minimum Level Of Order Feasibility Is 70% Of The Quantity Of Ordered Fuel. If The Values ​​Indicated In The Price Form Are Not Used During The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Resign From Further Purchases Of Fuel, Without Any Financial Consequences Or Compensation To The Contractor, Or To Extend The Delivery Period With The Consent Of The Contractor.
