Bicycles – Framework Agreement For Leasing Of Company Bicycles. After Concluding A Framework Agreement, The Client Aims To Use Bicycle Leasing. The Lessee Is The Employee’S Client. He Concludes A Corresponding Transfer And Usage Contract With The Employee. The Client Would Like To Introduce Bicycle Leasing As Soon As Possible In The Tv Supply Company (Tv-V) And Tv Local Transport Company Nw (Tv-N Nw) Based On The Collective Bargaining Agreement Opening Clauses. Bicycle Leasing Was Agreed Upon In The Last Round Of Collective Bargaining Between The Municipal Employers Association And The Unions, So That Collective Bargaining Employees Can Benefit From It. The Offer Is Intended To Apply To All Of The Clients Approximately 2,300 Employees Who Are Covered By The Collective Agreement On Deferred Compensation For The Purpose Of Leasing Bicycles In The Municipal Public Service.
