The Subject Of The Order Is An Investment Consisting In The Modernization Of The Outdoor Swimming Pool, Renovation Of The Jumping Tower And The Technological Building, And The Construction Of Container Facilities Along With Changes In Land Development And Technical Infrastructure. 2. The Scope Of Works Includes The Following Works: 1) Reconstruction Of The Existing Swimming Pool Basin, Which Will Partly Involve Filling The Bottom And Partly Adapting The Height Of The External Walls To The Designed Basin. 2) Adaptation Of The Existing Swimming Pool Technology Building For The Newly Designed Installation, Including: Demolition, Replacement Of Doors And Windows, Internal And External Finishing Works. 3) Demolition Of The Existing Childrens Paddling Pool, Pool Fences, Lifeguard Building Under The Jumping Tower, And Existing Concrete Paving. 4) Preparing The Area For Construction Works, Including: If Necessary, Clearing Small Bushes, Removing Old Tree Roots. 5) Renovation Of The Jumping Tower (The Tower Will Be Out Of Use Due To Its Technical Condition And Strengthening Of The Tower Structure). 6) Installation On The First Landing On Three Edges Of The Water Curtain Along With Installations. 7) Construction Of Internal And External Sanitary Installations, Swimming Pool Technology With Underground Elements Such As Tanks, Devices, Drainage Around The Basin, Etc. 8) Construction Of External And Internal Electrical Installations, Area Lighting, Power Supply For Devices, Monitoring, Esok System, Photovoltaics, Charging Stations For Cars, Etc. 9) Construction Of Basins In Panel Technology - Self-Supporting Steel Or Equivalent, With The Following Parameters: A) Recreational, Dimensions: 24.98 M X 22.00 M, Depth Variable In The Range Of 0.9 M To 1.1 M, Area Of Approx. 550.0 M2 With The Necessary Equipment In Accordance With The Technical Documentation, B) Recreational Area For Children With Dimensions 24.98 M X 11.50 M, Depth Variable In The Range Of 0.4 M To 0.6 M, Area Of Approx. 288.0 M2 With The Necessary Equipment In Accordance With The Technical Documentation, C) Swimming Pool With Dimensions 24.98 M X 10.50 M, Depth Variable In The Range Of 1.2 M To 1.8 M, 4 Lanes 2.5 M Wide With The Necessary Equipment In Accordance With The Technical Documentation, 10) Construction Of Platforms Around The Pools From Composite Boards Along With The Substructure. 11) Construction Of A Water Playground Zone Divided Into Two Parts: A Splash Park And A Paddling Pool With A Total Area Of 294 M2 With Overflow Gutters, Water Attractions And A Fence. 12) Delivery And Assembly Of Containers In The Designed Configuration With Foundations, Equipment And Reinforcement In Accordance With The Design. 13) Delivery, Assembly And Connection Of Water Slides. Three Slides Are Planned With Their Own Dynamometers In Separate Zones, With Entrance To Common Slide Starting Platforms And Foundations. 14) Delivery And Installation Of Deposit Lockers, Washbasins, Outdoor Showers, Changing Rooms, Tables, Solar Sails, Turnstiles, Waste Container, Etc.
