Sewage, Refuse, Cleaning And Environmental Services - Drainage Arrangement - Vejen Forsyning A/S. The Tender Includes Emptying Arrangements For Sedimentation Tanks And Collection Tanks (Approx. 3,700 Tanks In Total) In Accordance With Vejen Municipalitys Emptying Regulations. Furthermore, Handling, Transport, Possibly Intermediate Landfill And Final Disposal On Agricultural Land Or Other Collected Sludge As Well As All Official Processing In This Connection. The Tasks Are Offered Together. The Services Are Currently Performed By An External Supplier. Framework Agreement Annex 3A: Specification Of Requirements Contains A Detailed Description Of The Offered Service. The Framework Agreement Covers The Period From 1 January 2027 And 4 Years Onwards. The Estimated Value In Terms Of Expected Revenue From The Framework Agreement For The Entire Possible Agreement Period Is Approx. Dkk 7,500,000. The Expected Turnover Is Estimated On The Basis Of Previous Activity With The Assumptions Known At The Time Of The Tender. The Estimated Value Is Not Binding On The Orderer And Reservations Are Made For Changes In The Number Of Emptying Locations, - Type Etc. As A Result Of Restructuring, Capacity Changes Or Similar. The Same Applies To Estimated Quantities Specified In Framework Agreement Annex 4 Suppliers Prices. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To A Larger Draw On The Framework Agreement Due To A Potentially Increased Number Of Emptyings, And/Or Locations And Types, Etc. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement, During The Entire Agreement Period, Will Be Dkk 9,500,000 During The Entire Agreement Period.
