Environmental Decontamination Services - Removal Of Waste From Places Not Intended For Storage Or Storage Located Within The Municipality Of Gdańsk. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Types Of Services: 1. Removal Of Non-Hazardous Waste - I.E. Separation Of Hazardous Waste. From Other Waste, Collection, Loading And Removal Of Non-Hazardous Waste From The Indicated Area - For The Purposes Of Marking Orders And Settlements, Defined As Uo (Waste Removal), 2. Removal Of Hazardous Waste. – I.E. Collection, Loading And Removal Of Hazardous Waste. From The Indicated Area - For The Purposes Of Marking Orders And Settlement, Defined As Uon (Removal Of Hazardous Waste), 3. Cleaning Of The Contaminated Area By A Group Of Employees - I.E. Cleaning The Area, Loading And Removing Waste From The Indicated Area - For The Purposes Of Marking Orders And Settlement, Defined As Ot (Area Cleaning), 4. Providing Containers - I.E. Making Containers Available In Indicated Locations Without The Service Loading And Then Removing The Containers Together With The Waste Collected In Them - For The Purposes Of Marking Orders And Settlements, Defined As K (Containers), 5. Servicing Selected Locations By Providing Devices For Selective Waste Collection - I.E. Providing Containers Or Containers, Taking Into Account The Selective Collection Of Raw Material Waste In Indicated Locations And Then Removing The Waste - For The Purposes Of Marking Orders And Settlements, Defined As A (Shares), 6. Transport And Transfer Of Waste Removed In The Manner Referred To In Points 1-5 For Management To Entities With Appropriate Permits For The Collection Or Processing Of Waste In Accordance With The Waste Act - Together With The Costs Incurred By The Contractor For Waste Management By These Entities. 7. Providing The Ordering Party With Documentation Confirming Proper Waste Management, In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular Waste Transfer Cards (Kpo), In The Form And Time Specified In The Agreement.
