The Subject Of The Order Are Design Services And Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled Construction Of Underground Water Tanks For Fire-Fighting Purposes In The Przemków Forest District As Part Of The Project Comprehensive Project For The Adaptation Of Forests And Forestry To Climate Change - Preventing, Counteracting And Limiting The Effects Of Threats Related To Forest Fires (Poż2) - Implemented In The Design And Build Formula (Hereinafter Referred To As The Investment). As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare The Required Applicable Legal Provisions Of The Design Documentation, Obtaining The Required Consents And Permits For Implementation On Its Basis, Carry Out The Planned Construction Works And Obtain The Required Consents For Use.
