Software-Related Services – Implementation Of Integrated And Interoperable Software Solutions With Clinical And Non-Clinical Applicability Within The Gătaia Psychiatric Hospital Digitalization Project. The Provider, In Order To Achieve The Deliverables And Achieve The Expected Results, Will Implement A Complex It Solution That Will Address The Clinical And Non-Clinical Activity Of The Hospital In Order To Optimize The Processes And Flows At The Health Unit Level, According To The Specifications In The Specifications And Which Will Include The Following 4 Components: O Basic Infrastructure (Including Inter-Connectivity And Inter-Operability) O Parameterization Of The Non-Clinical Component O Parameterization Of The Clinical Component O Personal Training. The Implemented Digital Solution Will Cumulatively Ensure: • A Collaborative Working Environment Between All Structures Of The Gătaia Psychiatric Hospital Involved In Providing Medical Services To Citizens; • Transparency, Predictability And Traceability In Operation; The Implemented Solution Will Represent A Flexible And Adaptable Tool To Specific Institutional Needs, Which Will Allow The Efficiency Of Clinical And Non-Clinical, Back-Office And Front-Office Processes, And The Promotion Of Competence And The Assumption Of Responsibility By The Human Resource; • Compliance, From A Functional Point Of View, With European Regulations And Standards, As Well As Relevant National Legislation In Force
