The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction/Expansion Of Provincial Road No. 973 In The Towns Of Otfinów, Czyżów, Nieciecza, Podlesie Dębowe And Żabno (Section 090 Km 1+150 - Section 100 Km 2+800) Along With The Expansion Of The Intersection Of Provincial Road No. 973 With District Roads No. 1305K And 1313K In Żelichów, Including Authors Supervision - Divided Into The Basic Scope Of The Order And The Optional Scope Of The Order. 1) Basic Scope Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Construction Designs And Detailed Designs Along With Obtaining All Required And Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions, Including The Appropriate Construction Consent / Administrative Decision (Zrid Decision / Building Permit - As Necessary Resulting From The Adopted Design Solutions) Enabling The Implementation Of Construction Works Including The Reconstruction / Expansion Of The Provincial Road No. 973 In The Towns Of Otfinów, Czyżów, Nieciecza, Podlesie Dębowe And Żabno (Section 090 Km 1+150 - Section 100 Km 2+800) Along With The Expansion Of The Intersection Of Provincial Road No. 973 With District Roads No. 1305K And 1313K In The Town Of Żelichów. This Constitutes The Basic Scope Of The Order. 2) Optional Scope Of The Order: In Addition To The Basic Scope Of The Order Indicated In Point 1, The Ordering Party Also Provides, Within The Scope Of The Reserved Option Right, To Provide Authors Supervision Over The Works Performed On The Basis Of Design Documentation Developed Within The Basic Scope Of The Order. This Is An Optional Scope Of The Order. A Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 1 Of The Swz.
