City Of Tegernsee - Renovation Of The Ludwig Thoma Hall, Restaurant And Living Area - Property Planning Services For Buildings And Interiors In Accordance With §§ 34 Ff Hoai - Service Phases 1-9 The City Of Tegernsee Intends To Comprehensively Renovate The Building Complex Around The Ludwig Thoma Hall. The Building Consists Of Three Structurally And Functionally Different Parts - A Southern, Older Part Of The Former Tegernseer Hof And A Northern Part Of The Building That Houses The Large Meeting Place (Ludwig Thoma Hall) And An Additional Residential Wing. The Aim Of The Project Is To Structurally, Technically And Functionally Upgrade All Areas Of The Building, Taking Into Account Current Requirements For Safety, Use, Accessibility, Energy Efficiency And Design Quality. Southern Part Of The Building: On The Ground Floor There Is A Restaurant With Seating For Up To 60 Guests As Well As A Meeting Place With A Foyer Near The Main Entrance. In The Basement (Partial Basement) There Are Storage And Ancillary Rooms For The Restaurant. There Are Also Existing Apartments On The Upper And Attic Floors. Northern Part Of The Building: The Northern Part Of The Building Comprises Three Floors And Houses The Ludwig Thoma Hall On The Ground Floor (Main Area) As A Meeting Place With A Stage, Side And Storage Rooms As Well As The Meeting Places Technical Rooms.
