During The Period Of Validity Of The Agreement) Will Amount To A Total Of 554,576 Vehicle-Kilometers [Hereinafter Also Referred To As Wzkm], Including: A) In 2026 - 123,970 Wzkm, B) In 2027 - 184,690 Wzkm, C) In 2028 - 185 196 Wzkm. 3) The Maximum Value Of The Order Was Estimated At: Pln 1,644,540.05. 4) Maximum Remuneration Per Vehicle-Kilometer – Pln 3.33. 5) The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Amount Of Operational Work Referred To In Point 2) May Fluctuate In The Range Of - 20% Per Year. 6) A Detailed Description And Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 6 To This Tor. 7) The Implementation Of The Services That Are The Subject Of The Order Will Be Entrusted To The Contractor Selected As A Result Of The Resolution Of This Public Procurement Procedure Conducted By Open Tender In Accordance With The Public Procurement Act. 8) No Later Than 5 Days Before The Commencement Of The Actual Implementation Of The Service, The Contractor: A) Will Have At Its Disposal A Minimum Of 3 Buses And 1 Reserve Bus, Meeting The Technical Conditions And Technical And Operational Parameters Specified In Points 4.27 - 4.29 Of This Swz, B) Will Have Drivers (Including The Contractor Personally Performing The Transport) Who Will Provide The Services That Are The Subject Of The Proceedings, C) Will Activate A Gps Monitoring System In The Buses Intended For The Lines, On Conditions And Within The Time Specified By The Ordering Party, D) Will Have The Consent Of The Owners Or Managers To Use The Stops Specified In The Designed Timetable, E) Will Ensure That All Drivers Employed By The Contractor Or Cooperating With The Contractor, As Well As The Contractor Himself, If He Personally Performs Transport, Meet The Requirements For Driving Licenses Required For Driving During The Period Of Service.
