Liability Insurance Services – Public Liability Insurance Market. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Guarantee The Department Of Seine-Saint-Denis Against The Financial Consequences Of The Liability That It May Incur By Application Of The Rules Of Civil Law Or Administrative Law Due To Bodily, Material Or Immaterial Damage Resulting Or Not Caused To Third Parties, Within The Limit Of The Commitments And Deductibles Provided For In The Specific Clauses. The Purpose Of This Contract Is Also The Legal Protection Of The Department Through The “Defense Recourse” Guarantee Defined In The Specific Clauses. This Contract Also Provides For An “Individual Accident” Guarantee For The Benefit Of Elected Officials And Young People Entrusted To The Childhood Social Assistance Service.
