The Object Of The Procurement Is The Construction Of A New School Building For Söderkulla School In Söderkulla, Sipo, Along Taasjärventie, In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Miili Cultural Center And The Kindergarten. The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Acquire A Service Provider For The Customers Use, Who Has The Best Conditions To Carry Out The Overall Contract Of The Object In Cooperation With The Customer, The User, As Well As Designers And Consultants. The Construction Site Includes The Construction Of A New School Building And The Renovation Of The Yard Of Miilis Daycare Center In Two Parts. The Overall Contract Is Implemented As A Fixed-Price Overall Contract. The Work Can Be Started On 24 June 2026 And The Entire Project Must Be Completed And Received And The Official Inspections Completed By 29 October 2027. The Renovation Works In The Yard Of Miili Daycare Center Are Carried Out In Two Parts While The Daycare Center Is On Summer Breaks; Stage 1; 29.6 – 31.7.2026, Phase 2; 31.5 - 30.7.2027. The Address Of The Construction Site Is Taasjärventie 7, 01150 Söderkulla. The Developer Requires That The Contractor Has Familiarized Himself With The Construction Site And Its Conditions Before Submitting An Offer. A Separate Presentation Of The Object Is Not Organized By The Developer.
