The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Order Is The Provision Of Support, Operation And Development Of The Existing My213 Application (Hereinafter Referred To As The Application), Which Includes In Particular The Implementation Of The Following Activities: • Services Of Taking Over The Existing Application • Services Of Support For The Operation Of The Application • Services Of Development Of The Application • Services Of Exit, Including Support Of Transitional Architectures And Support Of Data Migration (Collectively Hereinafter Also Referred To As Services; Services Of Application Development And Services Of Exit Together Also Referred To Hereafter As Services To Order). The Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Given In Annex No. 2 Of The Procurement Documentation, Which Consists Of A Binding Sample Contract (Contract Or Binding Sample Contract). A Detailed Description Of The Services And Performance That Are The Subject Of This Order Is Given In The Technical Specification, Which Forms Annex No. 1A And Annex No. 1B Of The Procurement Documentation.
