Quotation are invited for Legal Services Tearfund has been registered in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq since 2014 and held offices in Dohuk, Erbil, Kirkuk, and Ninawa. And registered in Federal Iraq since 2018, Since 2020 Tearfund downscaled its presence in Iraq into a small office in the City of Erbil and Basra, providing humanitarian work through our local partners in Kurdistan region and federal Iraq with less than 10 country and regional staff all who are currently Iraqis nationals, we provide technical supervision, hand-on support to our local partners. foreign visitors do travel occasionally to our Iraq office and visit our partners on their project sites. Inform Tearfund about current/future country laws/regulations that regulate the presence/relationship between the Government and the INGOs Maintaining the relationship with the DNGO in Baghdad, ministries ,residency office , tax and social security offices in federal Iraq Maintaining Tearfunds Legal Registration by submission the DNGO reports and other communications If applicable, establishing/renewing Memorandum of Understanding(MoU)s with line ministries. Liaison with government ministries, departments and institutions on Tearfunds behalf, such as the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Labour, regarding Tearfunds legal status.
