The Goal Is That The Following Services Can Be Obtained Through The Framework Arrangement:• Physical Delivery Of Electricity (Open Spot)• Balance Officer Services / Spot Order Forecasting Service• Electricity Consumption Monitoring And Maintenance Of Usage Location Data And Related Reporting• Electricity Billing• Customer Service• Management Of Price Protection Portfolio(S) And Electricity Price Protections• Operational Implementation Of The Price Protection Policy Of Price Protection Portfolio(S) And Support For The Development Of The Protection Strategy• Price Protection Portfolio-Specific Reporting• Electricity Market Analyzes And Presentations• Procurement Service For Guarantees Of Origin (Incl. Also Guarantees Of Origin Containing Durability Criteria That Are More Comprehensive Than Usual Guarantees Of Origin, E.G. Ekoenergia Or Similar). The Users Of The Framework Arrangement Are Hansel Oys Customers (Mainly Municipal Customers) Who Join The Framework Arrangement In Question. The Goal Is That The Request For Tender Will Be Published In February 2027 And The Framework Agreement Will Enter Into Force 1 July 2027, After Which It Is Possible To Hedge Electricity Prices. The Physical Procurement And Open Delivery Of Electricity Is Supposed To Start For The Majority Of Customers On January 1, 2029. The Aim Is To Enable Open Supply Of Electricity To New Customers As Early As The Beginning Of 2028. The Information Given In This Announcement Is Preliminary And May Change As The Preparation Progresses.
