About The Procurement Yleisradio Oy (Later Yle) Is Preparing A Tender For Basic Information Technology Services. The Object Of The Acquisition Is A Service Package, Which Includes - End-User Support Services, Including Service Desk (Sd) Local And Remote Support Services, A Physical Service Point Called Walk-In Desk And Comprehensive Support, Lifecycle And Expert Services For The Terminal Environment - Comprehensive Usage And Capacity And Data Center Management Services - Information Security Services - Cloud Services And Identity Management - High-Quality Expert Services. Yle Is Looking For A Total Supplier Who Works As An Ict Partner Both In The Introduction Of New Services And In The Maintenance And Development Of Existing Services.
