The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Equipment And Software For The Needs Of The District Office In Polkowice: Part 1: Purchase Of Software; As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Strengthening The Cybersecurity System Of Polkowice County, Financed By European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc) Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services Measure 2.2. – Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System, Grant Competition Under The Cybersecure Local Government Grant Project Number Ferc.02.02-Cs.01-001/23.2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order As In Section 1 Includes: A) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of 100 Perpetual User Cals (Client Access Licenses) For Microsoft Windows Server 2025. Technical And Licensing Requirements: The Offered Licenses Must: Be User Cals, Enable One User To Access Windows Server 2025 Services, Be Consistent With The Manufacturers Current Licensing Rules, Be Fully Compatible With The Environment Owned By The Ordering Party. Windows Server. Licenses Must Be: Brand New, Unused And Not Previously Activated, Free From Legal Encumbrances, Coming From The Manufacturers Authorized Distribution Channel For The Eu Market. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow: Used Licenses, Oem Licenses Assigned To Hardware, Educational Licenses, Subscription (Temporary) Licenses, Licenses From The Secondary Market. The Condition For Acceptance Will Be The Possibility Of Verifying The Legality Of The License With The Manufacturer. B) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of 3 Software Licenses For Making Backup Copies. Physical Servers, Compatible With The Ordering Partys Shadowprotect-Based Environment. License Type: 3 Licenses For Physical Servers With Windows, Requirements: Licenses Must: Enable Image-Based Backups (Entire System Backup), Support Full And Incremental Backups, Enable The Reconstruction Of The Entire System (Bare Metal Recovery), Be Fully Compatible With The Ordering Partys Existing Backup Environment. Licenses Must Be: New, Unused And Previously Unactivated, Coming From The Manufacturers Authorized Distribution Channel, Intended For The Server Environment (Not Desktop Versions). The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Equivalent Solutions Due To The Need To Maintain Compatibility With The Existing Shadowprotect-Based Backup Environment. C) 8 Server Software With Minimum Technical Parameters: Operating System: Microsoft Windows 2025 Standard 64-Bit Or Equivalent, Language: Polish, Operating System Must Be Brand New, Unused, Not Previously Activated. The License Must Be Consistent With The Per Core Licensing Model. Minimum License Scope: 16 Cores Per Server. The License Must Enable Downgrade To Earlier Versions Of The System (E.G. Windows Server 2022). In The Case Of A Virtual Environment, The License Must Allow The Launch Of Two Virtual Instances Of The System. The Ordering Party Will Consider An Equivalent Solution To Be An Operating System That: Ensures Full Compatibility With The Existing Infras
