Selecting A Construction Team Partner To Prepare In A Construction Team And Subsequently Carry Out The Renovation And Application Of A Diameter Reduction Of A Cast Iron Pressure Pipe From The Statensingel Pumping Station (G0007) To The Heemraadsplein Pumping Station (G0003) In The Municipality Of Rotterdam. Sub-Project 3 Consists Of The Renovation Of A Pressure Pipe System In The West Loop Of Rotterdam. It Contains A Southern (Part A) And A Northern Part (Part B). The Southern Part Concerns The Nodular Cast Iron Pressure Pipe System From The Statensingel Pumping Station (Referred To As G0007) To The Heemraadsplein Pumping Station (Referred To As G0003). The Northern Part Concerns The Pressure Pipeline System From The West-Sidelinge Pumping Station (Designated G0008) To The Merger Point In The Southern Part At The Statensingel/Van Aerssenlaan Intersection. This Tender Only Includes The Southern Part (Part A) And The Work Broadly Includes: • Applying Various (Renovation) Methods: O Cured-In-Place Pipe Lining (Cipp) And, O Pipe-In-Pipe (Bib) And O Via Open Excavation; • Remove And/Or Replace Various Fittings From The Current Pressure Pipes; • Reducing The Diameter Of The Pressure Pipes; • Realizing/Improving The Merger Point; • Carrying Out Soil Inspections; • Applying Flora And Fauna Measures; • Coordination With Interface Projects And Activities. The Tender For The Aforementioned Work Will Take Place In Two Phases. A Construction Team Phase And An Implementation Phase. The Construction Team Phase Is Intended To Arrive At A Specified And Feasible Design For The Aforementioned Activities. In This Tender Procedure, A Partner Is Therefore First Sought To Participate In The Construction Team. This Construction Team Is Tasked With Delivering A Number Of Products That Together Form The Design For The Formal Request For The Implementation Phase. The Construction Team Partner May Then Make An Offer For The Drawn Up Request. If This Is Accepted, The Implementation Phase Will Follow In Which The Construction Team Partner Has Become The Contractor For The Implementation Phase.
