Tender For Comprehensive Maintenance For Zone C Under Age B/R-I At Ge Jhansi- 1 Material And Labour For Applying Two Coat Of Oil Bound Distemper On Old Plastered Surface Of Walls Including Preparation With Using Auto Roller For Making The Surface Unfirom Complete All As Specified And Directed. 2 M&L For Preparation Of Existing Surface Of Walls By Complete Removal Of Existing Treatment And Applying Two Coats Of Oil Bound Distemper Over And Including A Layer Of Wall Care Putty For Complete Smooth Finish Of Surfaces Complete All As Specified And Directed. 3 All As Specified In Item No 02 Above But Applying One Coat Of Distemper Oil Bound (Using Rollar) White Or Any Tinted On Ceiling Complete All As Specified And Directed. 4 M&L For Preparing Old Or Previously Treated Surfaces Of Wood Or Wood Based Materials Of Any Description Not Otherwise Described Over 10 Cm Width Or Girth And Applying One Coat Of Synthetic Enamel Paint To Match The Existing Surfaces, Complete All As Specified And Directed. 5 M&L For Preparing Old Painted Steel Surfaces Of Any Description Over 10 Cm Width Or Girth Not Otherwise Described And Applying One Coat Of Synthetic Enamel Paint Complete All As Specified And Directed. 6 M&L For Preparation Of Existing Surface Of Walls By Complete Removal Of Existing Treatment And Applying Two Coat Of Cement Based Paint Over A Coat Of Alkali Resistant Priming Paint Complete All As Specified And Directed. 7 M&L For Preparation Of Old Surface Of Wall By Brush , Sand Paper, Surface Replacement If Required Etc On Surface And Applying A Coat Of Cement Based Paint Complete All As Specified And Directed.
