Bids Are Invited For Work Of Construction Of 1 No. 33 Kv Ais Bay For Dhoom Manikpur Alternate Feeder At 220Kv Sub Station Dadri Under Etd-Ii, Noida; 1.0 Erection of structure like ABL, ALP etc including all allied works complete in all respect. The work also include shifting of material from store/stacking place to site. 2.0 Erection of following equipment on already erected/fabricated structure including shifting of equipment from store to work site. A 36KV Single phase CTs on ALP type structure including fixing of its junction Box/Energy meter box. B 36KV line isolation on ABL type structure including fixing of its operation box & mechanism coupling link pipe etc. C 36KV bus isolator on ABL type structure including fixing of its operating BOX & Mechanism coupling link pipes etc. D Erection & commissioning of 36KV VCB with us mounting structure, operating mechanism to complete the work. 3.0 Laying of control cable from cantrol panel/Relay Panel to its circuit braker. CT. PT. and isolator through cable trenches, inculiding removal of trech cover, dressing as per cable schedule including clamping at a distance 2 mtr. With 25x3 mm. Aluminium Strip It includes cutting & making holes in various equiments base place & fixing of accurate size cable glands. binding the numbering tags on both side of cable, making termination at each equiment on both ends with correct ferruling. This also include resetting of trench cover on trenches after completion of work. A 2x2.5 mm2 B 4x2.5 mm2 C 6x2.5 mm2 4.0 Complete jumpering work of different equiments. i.e. BI.CB.CT.PT. LI etc. by Twin ACSR Panther conductor including cutting . Tilting & tightening with PG Clamps,terminal clamps at both ends as per technical standard and direction of supervising engineer. 5.0 Loading / unloading & carrage of miscellancous materaial and equments (such as CB, CT etc) from various Sub- Station under ETD-II Noida at 220 KV Sub- Station dadri. 6.0 Earthing of equipements by cutting straghtening .
