A Schedule For The Release Of Solid Waste Is Drawn Up On A Blank Sheet In Printed Form, Indicating The Full Name Of The Organization, The Customer And The Contractor, The Date And Time Of Release Of The Solid Waste, Signed By Both Parties, Drawn Up In Two Copies And Must Be In The Hands Of The Customer And The Contractor. - Removal Of Garbage (Trees, Branches, Grass, Construction Waste, Etc.)
