The Subject Of The Order Includes Partial Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces Of Municipal Roads In The Jemielnica Commune Using Basalt Grits And Unmodified Cationic Quick-Disintegrating Asphalt Emulsion. The Ordering Party Requires That The Works Be Performed With A Two-Chamber Patcher Type Renovator Equipped With Two Tanks For Two Different Grit Fractions And A Bituminous Emulsion Tank. The Order Includes The Incorporation Of A Total Of 200 Mg Of Material (Grit + Emulsion) Into Road Surface Defects: The Area Of ​​The Jemielnica Commune Covers 7 Villages, I.E. Barut, Centawa, Gąsiorowice, Jemielnica, Łaziska, Piotrówka And Wierchlesie.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Includes: − Marking The Work Site, − Cleaning The Renovated Site From Dust, Loose Soil And Mud With Compressed Air, − Spraying The Bottom And Edges Of The Renovated Site With Asphalt Emulsion, − Incorporation Of A Mixture Of Basalt Grit With Asphalt Emulsion Under High Pressure, With A Fraction Depending On The Depth And Surface Of The Renovated Site, − Incorporation Of The Wearing Course Mixture Under High Pressure, − Backfilling Pressure Of The Renovated Area With Dry Grit Of 2/5 Mm Fraction, − Sweeping - Removal Of Loose Grit In Built-Up Areas At The Curb, − Dismantling Of Markings. 3. Depending On The Technical Condition Of The Road Surface (Number Of Defects), The Above Values ​​May Change.4. The Detailed Scope Of Works In Accordance With The List Of Municipal Roads Intended For Partial Renovation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Safe Conditions For Road And Pedestrian Traffic In The Area Of ​​Works Covered By The Contract. The Work Area Should Be Marked With Signs A-14 Road Works, B-33 Speed Limit And A-28 Loose Gravel Along With The Correct Vehicle Marking. The Temporary Markings Related To The Works Being Performed May Be Dismantled By The Contractor Only If It Is Determined That The Loose Grit Used As Part Of The Works Is Not Lying On The Road And Therefore The Road Can Be Used Safely. The Cost Of Marking The Works Is Not Subject To Separate Payment And Is Assumed To Be Included In The Price Of The Offers.6. The Detailed Scope Of Works Will Be Determined According To Needs And Consulted With The Employers Representatives. The Final Decision On The Scope Of Works Rests With The Ordering Party. 7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit Or Change The Number Of Works And To Resign From Autumn Renovation, Depending On The Actual Needs Determined On The Basis Of Ongoing Reviews Of The Condition Of Municipal Roads. 8. In The Event Of Limiting The Works Or Abandoning The Autumn Renovation, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Demand Remuneration For The Abandoned Scope Of Works.9.
