The Ordering Party Has An Effectively Accepted Application For The Implementation Of The Construction Works In Question. 3. The Construction Project Involves The Performance Of The Following Construction Works, Including: A) Demolition Of The Existing Bituminous Surface Of The District Road Along With The Substructure; B) Draining Of The Existing Subgrade For The Construction Layers Of The Road And Shoulders; C) Construction Of A New Bituminous Road Surface With A Width Of 6.0 M Along With A New Structure; D) Construction Of Both Sides Of The Road From Aggregate; E) Reconstruction Of The Existing Exits In Surface Made Of Concrete Paving Stones And Bituminous Surface Along With A New Structure And Both-Sided Roadsides Made Of Aggregate; F) Reconstruction Of Existing Sidewalks Made Of Concrete Paving Stones In The City. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Bill Of Quantities Are Only Of Auxiliary Nature In Relation To The Design Documentation And Serve To Determine The Type Of Works Included In The Order, While The Full Scope Of Works Is Obliged To Be Determined By The Contractor On The Basis Of The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz.
