Description Of The Subject Of The Order1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Educational Materials For Learning English And Granting A License To A Digital Educational Platform For Learning English For The Municipal Kindergarten In Biecz.2. Educational Materials Will Be Delivered In Batches, In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Municipal Kindergarten In Biecz, Reported To The Contractor. Each Request Will Include An Indication Of The Number And Type Of Sets Of Materials Ordered. The Municipal Kindergarten In Biecz Will Submit Requests For Materials Separately For The Second Half Of The 2025/2026 School Year And Each Subsequent School Year. Delivery Of Materials Will Be Carried Out On Working Days From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Municipal Kindergarten In Biecz About The Planned Delivery At Least Three Business Days Before Delivery By Sending Information To The E-Mail Address Of The Municipal Kindergarten In Biecz. Educational Materials Should Be Delivered To The Address Of The Municipal Kindergarten In Biecz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant A License To The Digital Educational Platform For Learning English To The Municipal Kindergarten In Biecz. Access To The Digital Educational Platform Should Cover The Second Half Of The 2025/2026 School Year And The 2026/2027, 2027/2028 And 2028/2029 School Years. Therefore, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Access To The Educational Platform For The Second Half Of The 2025/2026 School Year And Each Subsequent School Year, I.E. From September To June Of A Given Year, In Accordance With The Demand Submitted By The Municipal Kindergarten In Biecz. Licenses Activated In The Second Half Of The 2025/2026 School Year And Each Subsequent School Year Must Be Valid At Least Until The End Of A Given School Year, Regardless Of Their Activation Date.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
