The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Walls Surrounding The Former Palace Of The Bishops Of Krakow In Kielce, Together With The Puntone, Retaining Wall Of The Italian Garden And Modernization Of The Wall At Zamkowa Street Co-Financed By The Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. Scope Of Works To Be Performed: 1.1. Demolition Of The Additional Protection Of A Part Of The Northern Wall Surrounding The Former Palace Of The Bishops Of Krakow (From Ul. Kapitulna) Carrying Out The Works In Accordance With The Demolition Project, Decision On The Demolition Permit No. 379/2025 Of December 18, 2025 And Śwkz Decision No. 606A/2025 Of October 14, 2025, Including: Dismantling The Wooden Supports Of The Wall, Removing The Existing Piles From The Concrete-Encased Steel I-Beams Along With The Removal And Disposal And Restoration Of The Area After The Dismantling Of The Supports (Backfill With Soil And Sow With Grass In The Area Of Plot 549/8 Along With Obtaining All Necessary Consents And Permits To Perform Works On The Neighboring Plot). Note: Temporary Project Wall Protection Is Attached For Information Purposes (Ad Hoc Wall Protection Was Carried Out In 2022). As Part Of The Execution Of This Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Dismantle The Ad Hoc Wall Protection In Accordance With The Attached Design Documentation.1.2. Construction Works On The Northern Section From Kapitulna Street (Section 4-6): Stage I Of The Project, I.E. Execution Of Works On Section 4-6 In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Decision On Construction Permit No. 50/2024 Of March 7, 2025 And Śwkz Decision No. 591A/2024 Of December 23, 2024 And The Decision Of Pinb For The City Of Kielce Of December 19, 2023 With Subsequent Changes To The Decision, Including: 1) In Section 4-5: Removal Of Graffiti, Strengthening Of The Crack Zone With The Use Of Reinforcing Bars And Renovation Mortars, Strengthening Of The Buttress Slope, Supplementing The Building Materials, Joints And Covers, Execution Of Waterproofing On The Side Of The Palace; 2) Execution Of Section 5-6 Of The Northern Wall As A Reinforced Concrete Structure Poured In The Lower Underground Part Wall (Including Excavation Of The Wall, Demolition Of The Wall, Construction Of A Reinforced Concrete Foundation, Building A Wall Of Rubble Stone - Devonian Dolomite With Sandstone Covers, Restoring The Existing Appearance; Making Waterproofing On The Side Of The Palace And On The Underground Surfaces Of The Wall, Backfilling The Excavations); 3) Dismantling The Cobblestone Surface, Making Waterproofing On The Inside On The Underground Surfaces Of The Wall, Making A Surface With Profiled Slopes From The Existing Cobblestones Along With A New Sub-Base And Curbs, 4) Dismantling The Existing Linear Drainage Systems And Constructing New Aco Type Ones At The Level Of The Puntone And The North-Eastern Corner Of The Auxiliary Building, Along With Unblocking Them And Connecting Them To The Existing
