1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 1 (One) Brand New Hybrid Suv Car. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 2.1. Delivery Of A Brand New Suv Off-Road Vehicle With A Hybrid Drive (Year Of Production Not Earlier Than 2026)2.2. The Delivered Car Must Be Complete And Free From Physical (Design, Material, Workmanship) And Legal Defects, As Well As Third Party Rights. The Contractor Shall Be Fully Liable For Any Possible Claims Of Third Parties Regarding The Subject Of The Contract. 2.3. The Car Must Meet Polish And European Safety Requirements And The Requirements For Driving On Public Roads, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended). 2.4. The Ordering Party Requires That The Car Be Covered By Motor Insurance For A Period Of 12 Months In The Following Scope: 2.4.1. Civil Liability (Oc),2.4.2. Autocasco (Ac), 2.4.3. Consequences Of Personal Accidents (Nnw).2.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Mark The Vehicle In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Swz And Bears The Costs Of Marking It (According To Annex 2 To The Swz). 2.6. The Contractor Will Provide Full Warranty Service For The Offered Car At An Authorized Service Station Located Within A Maximum Radius Of 50 Kilometers From The City Of Lublin. 3. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Conditions Specified In The Required Technical Parameters Of The Car, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Tor.
