The Subject Of The Order Is Stage I Of The Project Involving The Construction Of Two Replacement Wells No. 1Z (Basic) And No. 2Z (Emergency) In The Area Of The Groundwater Intake In The Town Of Krośnica (The So-Called Old Intake), On Plot No. 524/12, Sheet 3, District 0043 Krośnica, Registration Unit 161101_2 Izbicko, For The Needs Of Supplementary Water Supply To The Rural Waterworks In The Town Of Krośnica And, If Necessary, Also Other Towns In The Izbicko Commune. The Scope Of The Order Includes Stage 1 Of The Project, I.E.: - Drilling Two Wells In Accordance With The Geological Work Project Approved By The Decision Of The Starosta Of Strzelce No. Go.6530.5.2025 Of September 12, 2025, And All Works Should Be Carried Out Under Geological Supervision In Accordance With Applicable Regulations; - Preparation Of Hydrogeological Documentation For New Well Holes In Accordance With With Applicable Regulations And Its Approval By The Competent Authority. Currently, The Area Of Plot No. 524/12 Constitutes A Designated Direct Protection Zone, It Is Fenced And Properly Marked. The Area Within The Fence Is Covered With Low Greenery, There Are Above-Ground Parts Of Wells No. 1 And 2, Underground Water Pipelines And Cables Powering And Monitoring The Wells Operation, And On The Plot There Is A Building Of A Water Supply Station And An Expansion Tank Located In An Earth Embankment.
