Fallen In Zawiercie As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Improving The Safety Of The City Of Zawiercie By Adding Street Lighting. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Execution Of Earthworks - 25.60 M2 Mechanical Drilling For A Pipe Up To 125 Mm In Diameter - 20 M Construction Of A Cable Line Up To 1 Kv - 100 M (Lc Of Cable - 131 M) Construction Of Composite Lighting Poles, 8 M High, With Booms And Led Lighting Fixtures Max. 55 W - 3 Pcs.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Obtain Re-Approval Of The Traffic Management Design For The Duration Of The Works.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty On The Subject Of The Contract For Not Less Than 3 Years From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works.4. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is 5 Years.5. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Bill Of Quantities (As An Auxiliary Element For Price Calculation), Which Constitute Annexes To The Terms Of Reference (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz).6. The Prepared Offer Must Be Consistent With The Subject Of The Order, Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works.7. Where The Swz, Including The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Or Other Procurement Documents, Indicates A Trademark (Brand), Manufacturer, Supplier, Patent, Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Or Standards, European Technical Assessments, Common Technical Specifications Or Other References Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Or Section 3 Of The Act, Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows The Submission Of An Equivalent Offer Or In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Act, Offering Solutions Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Documentation, Provided That They Ensure Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Documentation And Are Consistent In Terms Of: A) Dimensions And Structure (Size (From 0 To 10%), Type, Physical Properties, Number Of Components), B) Functional Character (Identity Of Functions), C) Material Characteristics (Type And Quality Of Materials), D) Technical Parameters (Strength, Durability, Technical Data, Construction), E) Operational Safety Parameters, F) Emission Standards, And Provided That The Contractor Proves It In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Or 6 Of The Public Procurement Law 8.
