1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Third Stage Of Renovation Of The Facade And External Elements Of The Historic Palace In Kolsk At Ul. Piastowska 48, Where The Primary School Is Located. The Building Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Of The Lubuskie Voivodeship. The Scope Of Works Of The Third Stage Includes: A) Building Facades - Western And Southern Facades, Left Side (From The Chimney) B) Southern Facade - Terrace - Entrance Stairs C) Removal Of Rubble And Waste Along With Disposal. Note: A) The Construction Design Submitted By The Ordering Party Covers A Larger Scope Of Works Than The Works That Are The Subject Of This Procedure. This Procedure Concerns The Third And Last Stage Of Works And Covers Only Construction Works Included In The Bid Cost Estimate, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1B To The Swz. The Offer Price Should Be Determined On The Basis Of The Offer Cost Estimate. B) Implementation Of The Order In A Public Utility Building - The Primary School Building Without Excluding The Facility From Use - The Detailed Scope And Deadlines For The Implementation Of Individual Elements Of The Order Will Be Agreed With The Contractor In The Order Implementation Schedule. C) All Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Decision Of The Lubuskie Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments. D) Before Starting Works Related To The Renovation Of The Facade, Conservation Research Should Be Carried Out Covering The Facades And Window Frames, In Accordance With The Decision Of The Lubuskie Voivodeship Conservator Of Monuments. E) The Decisions Of The Lubusz Conservator Of Monuments Are Made Available By The Ordering Party Together With The Construction Design.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In: • Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Design Documentation, Which Includes - Construction Design (Annex 1A), - Offer Cost Estimate (Annex 1B) • Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.3. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Specifies The Obligation To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing The Following Activities In The Scope Of Contract Execution (This Obligation Also Applies To Subcontractors): • Performing Physical Work During The Implementation Of Construction Works, I.E. Direct Performance Of Construction Works - All Manual Workers Performing Construction Works On The Construction Site, Technical Construction Staff, With The Exception Of The Construction Manager, Solely On The Basis Of Employment Contracts Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025 R. Item 277, As Amended).
