1. Carrying Out Paving And General Construction Works As Part Of The Task: Partial Paving And General Construction Works In Road Lanes In The Łomianki Commune.2. Scope Of The Order: Performance Of Paving And General Construction Works In Road Lanes In The Łomianki Commune, The Scope Of Which Includes: 1) Demolition Works, Including: A) Demolition Of Road Surfaces, Sidewalks And Bicycle Paths, B) Demolition Of Curbs, Stops And Concrete Edges. 2) Construction Of New Surfaces, Including: A) Laying Of Road Surfaces, Sidewalks And Bicycle Paths Using New Materials Or Using Originating Materials From Demolition,B) Installation Of New Curbs, Stops And Edges Or Their Arrangement Using Materials From Demolition (If Suitable For Reuse),C) Cleaning Of Edges And Sealing Of Asphalt Road Surfaces After Dismantling And Installation Of Curbs, Supplementing With Asphalt Mixture And Asphalt Emulsion (If Necessary),D) Works Carried Out In Violation Of Horizontal Markings Should Be Recreated In Accordance With The Existing Markings,E) Works Carried Out In Violation Of Vertical Markings Should Be Performed Height Adjustment Of Markings (If Necessary), F) Works Carried Out Near Earth Surfaces (Greenery) Should Be Supplemented With A Layer Of Approx. 12 Cm Of Topsoil And Sown With Grass. 3) Regulation Of Technical Infrastructure Devices, Including: A) Telecommunications Wells, B) Sewage Devices, Such As Manholes Of Sanitary And Storm Sewage Wells And Sewage Grates - To A Height Ensuring Proper Rainwater Flow. 4) Construction Of Security Fences To Prevent People And Animals From Entering The Road. 5) Management Of Demolition Materials: • All Demolition Materials That Will Not Be Reused Should Be Removed And Disposed Of In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. • Transport Of Materials From Cutting Within The City With Loading And Unloading. The Task Is Related To Ongoing Maintenance And The Occurrence Of Sudden, Unforeseen Events Or Reports And Requests Regarding Irregularities Occurring In Road Lanes In The Łomianki Commune.
