The Subject Of The Order Is Modernization Of The School Building In Pruchnik - Building B Of Primary School No. 1 In Pruchnik. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Works Was Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz, I.E. Technical Documentation And In The Bill Of Quantities/Offer Cost Estimate In Excel For The Evaluation, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Which The Contractor Should Price And Attach To The Offer. The Attached Documentation Covers A Wider Scope Than Covered By This Procedure - The Offer Cost Estimate In Excel, Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Covers The Material Scope That Should Be Implemented. The Contractor Is Responsible For Carrying Out The Works In Accordance With The Technical Documentation, Investor Supervision Instructions, Observing The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Standards, Regulations, Permits And Technical Conditions. Before Commencing Work Related To The Relocation Of A Given Network And/Or Security, Etc., The Contractor Should Submit To The Given Network Administrator An Application And/Or A Notice To At Least Commence The Works, For Owners Supervision If Applicable, Etc. Costs And/Or Fees Related To Recommendations/Indications Resulting From The Technical Conditions And Arrangements Of The Contractor, Who Should Calculate Them In The Offer Cost Estimate, As Specified By The Ordering Party In Chapter Xiv Of The Swz. Moreover, The Ordering Party Recommends That, For The Duration Of The Order, The Contractor Appoints A Construction Manager In The Construction Specialty And Provides Work Managers From Other Industries, If Necessary And/Or Required By Law, As Referred To In Paragraph 11 Of Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Information On Equivalent Solutions Is Included, Among Others, In The Swz In Chapter Iii.
