The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) Installation Of Devices: Integration Set With A Tower - 1 Pc. Integration Swing - 1 Pc. Integration Carousel - 1 Pc. Triple Swing Set With A Board-Type Seat (1 Pc.), A Basket-Type Seat (1 Pc.) And A Storks Nest (1 Pc.) - 1 Pc. Climbing Set - 1 Pcs. Zipline – 1 Pc. Safe Surface - Sand 0.2-2 Mm – 241.00 M2 Polyurethane Surface - 391 M2 Surface Made Of Bevelless Concrete Cubes - 49 M2 Benches – 6 Pcs. Waste Bins – 3 Pcs. Bicycle Racks – 5 Places For Parking Bicycles. Board With Regulations - 1 Pc.2) Fencing Of The Area - Panel Fence On A Foundation Of 211 M + Gate3) Greenery - Lawns, Planting Trees And Shrubs 4) Surveying Service Along With An As-Built Inventory.5) Annual Maintenance Of Greenery. The Selected Contractor Must Obtain The Employers Approval For Each Device Before Its Implementation Built-In.3. The Ordering Party Will Allow Equivalent Playground Equipment, With The Same Or Better Parameters, Fulfilling The Same Functions, Made Of The Same Components. Devices From Any Manufacturer May Be Used, Provided That The Requirements Specified In This Documentation Are Met And The Difference In Device Dimensions Does Not Exceed ±10%, Provided That The Proposed Devices Must Be Located Within The Indicated Safety Zones And The Safety Zones Of The Devices Cannot Overlap.4. The Detailed Scope Of Works According To Which The Work Should Be Performed Is Included In The Design Documentation, Stwior, And Bills Of Quantities, Which Constitute Attachments To This Swz.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare As-Built Documentation In One Copy In A Paper Version And In An Electronic Version On A Cd And Submit It To The Ordering Party.6. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.7. The Contractor Is Obliged, Throughout The Period For Which The Agreement Is Concluded, To Have Civil Liability Insurance For The Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For A Guarantee Amount Of Not Less Than Pln 500,000.00, Valid No Later Than From The Date Of Signing The Agreement Until The Final Acceptance. The Ordering Party Will Accept The Liability Insurance Document Held By The Contractor In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order For The Insured Sum Required By The Ordering Party, Which Will Be Concluded For An Annual Period And Will Be Renewable While Maintaining Continuity Of Insurance Coverage Until Final Acceptance. In Such A Situation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Valid Third Party Liability Insurance Document For The Activities Related To The Subject Of The Order No Later Than Within 7 Days From The Date Of Issuance Of This Document.8.
