The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Ground Floor Rooms Of Pavilion E For The Needs Of The Gynecological-Obstetrics And Gynecological Oncology Clinic, Including Adaptation To The Needs Of People With Disabilities. The Task Referred To Above Will Be Implemented In The Design And Build Mode. The Material Scope Includes The Development Of Full-Discipline Design Documentation, Based On The Provided Functional And Utility Program, Along With Obtaining All Required Permits/Agreements, Including The Final Decision On The Building Permit, And The Performance Of Works (Construction, Installation, Electrical) Related To The Implementation Of The Investment, In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation And The Conditions Contained In The Contract And In The Obtained Administrative Decisions. The Scope Of Design Documentation Includes: O Preparation Of The Architectural And Construction Design Together With The Design Construction Site Development (Design Documentation Should Include All Arrangements Required By Law); O Development Of A Multi-Discipline Technical Design (Design Documentation Should Include All Arrangements Required By Law); O Development Of Multi-Discipline Executive Design Documentation Together With: Development Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Obtaining All Arrangements Required By Law. Expected Scope Of Construction Works: O Demolition; O Construction Of New Walls; O New Installations: Water And Sewage, Central Heating, Ventilation (Gravity Or Mechanical), Medical Gases, Electric, Low Current; O Finishing; O Reconstruction Of The Ramp. Construction And Assembly Works Include: O Dismantling Suspended Ceilings; O Demolishing Most Of The Partition Walls; O Widening The Entrance Opening From The Intra-Hospital Corridor To The Clinic In The Existing Load-Bearing Wall Along With Installing New Steel Beams And Making Concrete Cushions For Their Support; O Dismantling Old Joinery And Door Joinery; O Replacing Internal Installations; O Carving Out Recesses For New Water Lines. - Sewage; O Removing Existing Sub-Floor Layers And Floors (In Case Of Poor Technical Condition); O Making New Under-Floor Layers, Self-Leveling Screed, Laying Anti-Slip Stoneware Tiles; O Laying Steel Lintels In Places Of Penetrations Through Load-Bearing Walls - For The Purpose Of Widening Doors; O Making New Partition Walls From Plasterboards; O Carrying Out Finishing Works; O Installing New Door Joinery; O Installation Of New External Door Joinery (Replacement Of The Existing One).
