The Scope Of Works Includes: Horizontal And Vertical Insulation Of Basement Walls, Construction Of An Elevator Shaft And Installation Of A Passenger Elevator, Replacement Of Floors, Brickwork, Installation Of Windows And Doors, Construction Of A Staircase From The Mezzanine To The First Floor, Installation Of Sheet Metal Flashings, Window Sills, Gutters And Downspouts. Construction: External And Internal Walls Made Of Ceramic Elements And Concrete, Full Non-Ventilated Flat Roof With A Reinforced Concrete Slab Structure. 16 Cm And A Ceiling Made Of Hc265 Prestressed Ceiling Slab (In Part Of The Building), Covered With Underlay And Topcoat Thermal Felt.
