The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Transport And Management Of Stabilized Municipal Sewage Sludge With The Code 19 08 05 Generated At The Sewage Treatment Plant In Skałowo And Gułtowy, Kostrzyn Commune, With An Estimated Amount Of 5,000 Mg. 2. Place Of Collection: Wastewater Treatment Plant In Skałowo And Gułtowy, Kostrzyn Commune, Greater Poland Voivodeship. 3. Sludge Characteristics: Sludge Stabilized And Dewatered Using A Decanter Device With An Average Dry Matter Content Of Approximately 18%, Meeting The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of February 6, 2015 On The Use Of Municipal Sewage Sludge (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 23), Hereinafter Referred To As The Regulation On Municipal Sewage Sludge.4. Sewage Sludge Is To Be Recovered In The Province. Greater Poland Voivodeship, Except As Described In Art. 20 Section 5 Of The Waste Act, Which States That Municipal Sewage Sludge May Be Used In A Voivodeship Other Than The One In Which It Was Produced, If The Distance From The Place Of Waste Generation To The Place Of Use Located In Another Voivodeship Is Smaller Than The Distance To The Place Of Use Located In The Same Voivodeship. 5. If During The Term Of The Contract There Is No Need To Export Sewage Sludge In The Maximum Amount Constituting The Subject Of The Order, I.E. 5,000 Mg, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect, Including Financial Ones. The Ordering Party Guarantees That The Total Amount Of Sewage Sludge To Be Transported Will Not Be Lower Than 60% Of The Amount Indicated In The Preceding Sentence.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Have Appropriate Permits Or Concessions Throughout The Entire Period Of The Public Procurement, Under Pain Of Withdrawal By The Ordering Party From The Contracting Parties And Payment By The Contractor Of Contractual Penalties Specified In The Contract, B) To Use Current Registration Data Regarding Persons In Possession Of The Land Area On Which Municipal Sewage Sludge Is To Be Managed, I.E. Up To 3 Months Before The Date Of Management Of The Above-Mentioned. Sludge, C) To Clearly Declare In Writing, At The Stage Of Signing The Contract, The Method Of Sludge Recovery. Each Change In The Method Of Sludge Management Obliges The Contractor To Submit A New Declaration To The Ordering Party In Advance; D) In Accordance With Art. 96 Section 6 Of The Waste Act, Before Using Sewage Sludge On Land, Perform A Survey Of The Land. Soil Tests And Their Frequency Should Be In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In The Regulation On Municipal Sewage Sludge, E) In The Case Of Using Sludge For Agricultural Purposes, Manage The Sludge In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In The Provision Of Art. 96 Section 1 Of The Waste Act And The Regulation On Municipal Sewage Sludge, F) Collect Sewage Sludge No Later Than 10 Days From The Date Of Notification By The Ordering Party By Telephone Or E-Mail, G) Weigh Each Batch Of Collected Sludge On A S
