Ongoing Maintenance Of Greenery And Cleanliness In The Town Of Biskupiec, In Particular Performing Such Works As: Mowing Lawns, Raking Leaves, Fertilizing Lawns, Performing Tree Care Treatments, Cleaning Monuments, Cleaning Benches, Supporting And Staking Plants That Require It, Sweeping And Weeding Alleys And Sidewalks, Scarifying Lawns, Caring For Roses, Weeding Flower Beds, Flower Beds, Lawns, Pruning Plants, Planting/Replanting Spring And Summer Flowers, Transplanting And Planting Plants (Flowers, Shrubs And Trees) Ordered By The Ordering Party, Removing Spring/Summer Flowers, Collecting And Removing Waste, Watering Plants Requiring It (Flowers In Pots, Trees And Bushes Requiring It, Grass), Collecting And Removing Waste, Sowing Grass Seeds. A Detailed Description Of The Order Can Be Found In The Attached File: Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of This Contract (Annex No. 3 To The Swz). The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts. Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Be Unjustified For Economic And Organizational Reasons. Dividing The Order Into Parts Would Lead To An Increase In The Price Due To The Multiplication Of Fixed Costs And The Lack Of Assurance Or Disturbances In The Continuity Of Work. A Holistic Approach To The Order Results In Effective Work Organization And Eliminates Probable Collisions With Other Contractors. The Order Is Adapted To Smes. Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order In Terms Of Employment By A Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Activities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of The Order, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22§1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974. –The Labor Code Is Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Incorporated Into The Content Of This Contract.
