The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 1 Piece Of A Brand New Bus/Minivan Car For The Needs Of The Opole Agricultural Advisory Center In Łosiów. The Vehicle Must Be Brand New, Unused, Complete With Approval (Enabling Admission To Traffic In Poland In Accordance With Applicable Regulations) And Free From Technical And Legal Defects. The Car Cannot Be Registered. The Contractor Will Prepare The Vehicle For Collection Along With Documents In Polish Required For Its Registration, Service And Warranty Book, Current Approval Certificate And Owners Manual. The Car Should Meet All Minimum Requirements Described In The Swz And Its Annexes. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. The Car Must Be Delivered With All Documents Necessary For Registration Of The Car By The Ordering Party. Warranty: As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Delivered Car: Min. 24 Months Mechanical Warranty (For The Proper Operation Of The Car, Including Mechanical, Electrical And Electronic Parts Of The Vehicle), 3 Years Without Mileage Limit, Paint Coating Warranty And Min. 6 Years Without Mileage Limit For Body Perforation - Starting From The Date Of The Vehicles Official Acceptance. The Period Of The Mechanical Warranty Provided Is Assessed According To The Offer Evaluation Criteria Described In The Swz, So The Warranty Period Specified In The Contractors Offer Will Be Binding For The Contractor Who Offers A Longer Mechanical Warranty Period. (Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers) The Contractor Will Provide The Warranty Documents To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Handing Over The Car. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Will Provide An Authorized Warranty Service At A Distance Of No More Than 100 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide Free Training In The Operation And Use Of The Delivered Car For One Designated Employee Of The Ordering Party. The Training Should Include Basic Rules For Using Devices Located In The Drivers Cabin, Rules For Performing Daily Maintenance And Planned Warranty Inspections. The Training Will Be Conducted At The Ordering Partys Headquarters Within 7 Days From The Date Of Delivery Of The Vehicle. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
