The Subject Of This Order Is The Delivery Of Medical Furniture, Divided Into Parts Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Packages No. 1-5: Package 1 - Delivery Of A Geriatric Bed, - On The Terms Specified In The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Type And Number Of Furniture, Is Specified In The Form Of Required Technical Conditions, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2.1 To Swz.3 For Package 1. The Contractors Obligations Will Include The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.4. Environmental Impact Of The Order: 1. Transition To A Circular Economy A) The Ordering Party Has Specified The Environmental Requirements (Article 101 Of The Public Procurement Law), In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Annex No. 2.1 Form Of Required Technical Conditions, Item 12.
