The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Aggregate (Aggregate From Limestone-Dolomite Rocks) With A Fraction Of 0-31.5 Mm In An Estimated Quantity Of 900 Tons. The Given Quantity Is An Estimate And Is Used Only To Compare Offers And Determine The Maximum Scope Of Services. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Order To A Minimum Extent Of Not Less Than 90% Of The Indicated Estimated Quantity, I.E. At Least 810 Tons. The Remaining Scope Is The Maximum Expected Volume Of Deliveries, Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Aggregate Must Have A Certificate Of Quality For Aggregate Intended For Road Works In Accordance With Pn, Clean, Without Any Admixture Of Siftings, Sand, Brick Admixtures, Soil, Remains Of Metal, Plastic, Wooden Waste And Other Undesirable Materials. The Quality Certificate Is Understood By The Ordering Party As A Document From The Manufacturer Or Supplier Confirming The Technical Parameters And Compliance Of The Aggregate With The Relevant Technical Standards For Road Applications (E.G. Quality Certificate, Certificate, Declaration Of Performance Or Test Report). The Quality Document Should Be Submitted To The Ordering Party At The Latest At The Time Of Delivery Of A Given Batch Of Material. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete Deliveries Within The Time Specified In The Offer Form - (Offer Evaluation Criterion). The Delivery Date Will Be Counted From The Day Following The Day The Ordering Party Sends A Written Order Requesting A Clinic. The Ordering Party Will Notify The Contractor About The Exact Location Of Delivery Of Each Batch Of Material In The Delivery Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Scope Of The Order Within The Limits Resulting From The Nature Of The Order Being Implemented Successively, And The Limitation Cannot Lead To The Execution Of The Contract Below The Minimum Guaranteed Volume Indicated Above. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Complete The Subject Of The Order In Its Entirety. The Minimum Quantity Of A Single Delivery Is Set At 25 Tons. Each Batch Of Received Goods Should Be Accompanied By A Wz Document. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Quality Of The Delivered Aggregate, Including Refusing To Accept A Batch Of Material In The Event Of Contamination Or Non-Compliance. With Swz Requirements. If The Acceptance Is Refused, The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect The Material At His Own Expense And Deliver The Material In Accordance With The Swz Requirements Within The Deadline Specified In The Offer.
