1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Cleaning Of The Buildings Premises And The External Area Of ​​The Targówek District Office Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw At Ul. L. Kondratowicza 20 In Warsaw And Cleaning The Premises Of The Targówek District Office Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw At Ul. Wincentego 87 In Warsaw.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Service Being The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Quality Standards In Annexes No. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 To Swz.3. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Consistent With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Quality Standards, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, Draft Provisions Of The Contract And Applicable Law.4. Social Clauses. In The Proceedings In Question, The Ordering Party Applies The Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Sub-Contractor To Employ Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended) Persons Performing The Activities Specified By The Ordering Party, Listed: - In Annex No. 9, Excluding The Activities Listed In Item 44 - In Annex No. 10, Excluding The Activities Listed In 57-59. The Above Requirement Will Be Met By Employing New Employees Under An Employment Contract Or Appointing Employees Already Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Perform The Order. 5. The Scope Of Services Includes Activities That Can Be Performed By One Entity, Which Is Common On The Market For This Type Of Services. Over 90% Of The Value Of Services Concerns One Facility, And The Other One Is So Close That In Practice It Means The Same Location. At The Same Time, The Location At Ul. Saint Wincentego 87 As An Independent Part Of The Order, Due To The Scope Of Activities Covered By The Service, Would Constitute Such A Small Order That It Could Result In Low Interest In This Order And The Cost Of Providing The Service As A Separate Order Would Be Disproportionately High (Lack Of Economies Of Scale). The Lack Of Division Of The Contract Does Not Restrict Competition And The Participation Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises.9. The Ordering Party Does Not Plan To Carry Out An On-Site Visit Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law.
