12. Subject Of The Order 12.1.1. Delivery Of Tourist Railway Infrastructure Along With The Necessary Permits And Documentation.12.1.2. The Order Includes The Delivery Of 15 Railway Bicycle Trolleys, Preparation Of Documentation And Obtaining Permits Necessary To Start The Business Of A Railway Carrier Providing Transport For Recreational, Leisure And Special Occasions, Along With Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees.12.1.3. The Contractor Should Have And Provide The Ordering Party With All Necessary Documents Required By Law, Enabling The Use Of The Trolleys In Question, No Later Than On The Day Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol.12.1.4. The Place Of Delivery Is The Basznia Station (37-621 Basznia Dolna) Or Another Place In The Lubaczów Commune, Indicated By The Ordering Party.12.1.5. The Supplier Provides A Warranty For The Delivered Vehicle For A Minimum Period Of 12 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations.12.1.6. The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Should Be Treated As Minimum Requirements, Unless The Ordering Party Has Indicated The Upper And Lower Limits (Division) Of A Given Parameter.12.1.7. The Price Must Take Into Account All The Requirements Of This Procedure And Include All Costs Incurred By The Contractor For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In A Proper Manner And In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including In Particular: Cost Of Delivery To The Ordering Party, Vat.12.1.8. If The Subject Of The Contract Is Performed With The Participation Of Subcontractors, The Contractor Is Responsible For The Actions Of Subcontractors Towards The Ordering Party As For Its Own.12.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1A To Swz - Sopz12.3. The Requirements (Obligations) Imposed On The Contractor Are Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz;12.4.
