1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Dietary Foods For Special Medical Purposes. A Detailed Description And Requested Quantities Are Included In The Price Form (Appendix No. 2), Which Is An Integral Part Of The Offer Form. Dietary Foods For Special Medical Purposes Should Be Understood As Foods For Special Medical Purposes Within The Meaning Of The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety. The Offered Dietary Foods For Special Medical Purposes Must Be Admitted To Trading In Poland In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Food And Nutrition Safety Act.
