1. Part I Of The Order: Provision Of Cleaning Services In The Facility And External Areas Of The National Broadcasting Council Office At Cardinal Square. S. Wyszyńskiego 9.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order As Well As The Conditions And Method Of Its Execution Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz, And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 8.1 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That, Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period, All Persons Involved In The Provision Of Services To The Extent Specified In Point B.I.1 Opz Letter A-X With The Exception Of O - For Part I Of The Order (Provision Of Cleaning Services In The Facility And External Areas Of The Krrit Office At Cardinal S. Wyszyńskiego Square 9), Were Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract, In The Amount Of Working Time In Which A Given Person Performs The Services. Rules For Documenting And Controlling The Method Of Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned. Obligation And Sanctions For Failure To Fulfill It Are Specified In The Ppu, In Particular In § 1 Section 4, § 3, § 9 Section 2 Points 1 And 2 Ppu.4. As Part Of The Offer, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Complete The Order Using The Quality Control Procedure Specified In Annex No. 2.1 To The Swz. Quality Control Principles Related To The Use Of Quality Control Procedures Are Specified In § 5 Section 8-11 Ppu. The Ordering Party Requires The Execution Of The Order Using The Control Procedure For Each Part Of The Order Separately. If The Contractor Fails To Comply With This Obligation, The Ordering Party Provides For Sanctions Specified In The Ppu, In Particular § 9 Section 2 Points 9 Ppu.5. Before Submitting An Offer, The Ordering Party Recommends That Contractors Applying For The Contract Carry Out A Site Visit To The Locations Where The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Provided. In Order To Set The Date Of The On-Site Visit, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Appropriate Application To The E-Mail Address: Rekruti@Krrit.Gov.Pl Or Via The Purchasing Platform. The Ordering Party Will Notify The Contractor About The Date Of The Visit To The Address Indicated In The Application.
